Reflection
God designed marriage to be a relationship marked by trust, loyalty, and faithfulness. The Proverbs 31 woman is an example of someone whose spouse can trust her completely, knowing she seeks his good. Scripture also warns us to guard our hearts and relationships, avoiding not only wrongdoing but even the appearance of it. This wisdom applies to both husbands and wives—respecting one another, keeping boundaries with others, and making choices that honor your marriage. By loving, respecting, and protecting each other’s heart, you build a foundation of strength and security that reflects God’s love and wisdom.
Prayer
Lord, thank You for the gift of marriage. Help me to be faithful and trustworthy in my relationship. Give me wisdom to set healthy boundaries and avoid anything that would harm our trust. May my actions and words honor my spouse and bring glory to Your name.
In Jesus’ name,
Amen.
